RETURN POLICY: Each item is made by hand and is one-of-a-kind. Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted. Refunds will only be given if the product is faulty, due to the artist, not the customer. The customer must provide images of said damage and return the product before the refund is issued. The claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
